Today, I was teaching a ten year old how to play piano. Halfway through the lesson, she made a minor mistake, which, trying to be a good tutor, I corrected her. She smiled up at me, paused, then slammed the key cover down onto my fingers. FML

Today, I got back the essay I wrote about how my country's education system is fucked. At one point, I made a spelling mistake. My teacher wrote a note about it, basically calling me illiterate, and telling me to pay attention in school instead of whining about it. She misspelled "school". FML

you should tell them your trying to put mistakes in so they catch it and give them an extra credit point for each mistake (you get 1 point if u caught that)

this is stupid. everyone makes mistakes. my college english teacher spells words wrong sometimes, doesn't mean he's stupid just that by the time he's writing that word he's already thinking ahead. Sounds like the student was just a prick for not letting something simple like that slide.

Using the wrong "your" is becoming a worldwide pandemic. Studies from super smart people have shown the that using the wrong "your", "there", or "to" leads to stupid FML posts/comments, explosive diarrhea, and the irresistible urge to dance to songs by Miley Cyrus. Please help stop this disease! ~~~~~ On a serious note- EVERYONE makes mistakes, OP. I just hope your student isn't a stupid person who corrects everything. Get over it, tomorrow is a new day!

Today, I was having a pretty good day, until my depression decided to ruin it. My depression sporadically "appears" every other day, and when it does, it doesn't go away for the rest of the day, so I'm doomed to spend the rest of the day feeling extremely down in the dumps, and I can't explain why.
