Today, it's my husband's birthday. I tried to buy him a new computer game, to which he complained. I cooked him steak and his favorite cake, and got him another nice gift instead. Hours later, his online friends bought him a new game and it was the only time I saw him genuinely smile. FML

Today, I'm trying to use a cheat code in a (singleplayer) game and the code doesn't work. So now I gotta go down to a game hacking server I'm in and make a Action Replay code request, something I am absolutely not a fan of doing. I'd make the code myself but I failed at that, too. FML

Today, I had to boot a person from my alliance (AKA a guild of sorts) for not following some server rules that our alliance, along with the majority on the server had agreed to all maintain. Later, that day a competing alliance (who also agreed to the rules) recruited said member I had just booted. FML
