Today, after my boss has gotten in the habit of calling me "bubble wrap girl" at work because I'm clumsy and he claims I need to be covered in bubble wrap for my own protection, I have just probably broken two toes by dropping a hairdryer on my foot. I will never hear the end of this. FML

Bubble wrap would be so fun to wear though? Like, you'd be happy wherever you went

Actually they grow stronger after they've healed for a long time. Unless they've been broken repetitively within a short time frame

People will try to pop you all day if you go to work covered in bubble wrap.

You don't have to tell him. Your toes need to be taped together, not put in a boot.

Maybe when the next time you are at work and he sees you in pain he will back off with the remarks! I hope you take good care of yourself OP.

Clumsiness can be adorable. You just have to embrace it.

Let's just hope it isn't the new kind of bubble wrap that can't pop!

That you CAN'T pop? Please tell me you're joking!
lexos 16
Unfortunately not

Sadly, I'm not. The original bubble-wrap people developed a new non-pop bubble wrap. They are now using that instead of the pop kind. Luckily, bubble wrap isn't patented, so some small companies will still use the pop kind. I'm sorry for everybody's loss.
