Antisocial or Sociopathic disorders would both be used for someone being clinically insane. And yes, they are insane, and they can be assholes. It's not bullshit, it's a mental disorder. However, there are many people like that who are "broken" and need to be kept far away from living creatures.

Actually, I have to disagree. I've been bullied in high school - and it was so hard to bear, that sometimes I would come home and imagine, how I could have slaughtered all of the bullies. But somehow, when I saw one of my tormentors recently, and saw, how many problems he has in his life right now... I didn't even feel myself relieved. I guess, people, who become happy and get from their lives, what they want, do not really care, if their enemy suffers or not. That girl might have thought: "Justice!", when she saw her bully, but I think, she even felt a little sorry for her somewhere deep in her soul. Well, I do not. YDI.
