Today, the girl I like told me she wasn't ready for a relationship. Last month, she told me she wanted to be more than friends. I don't know what else there is, and now she's mad that I can't figure out what she wants. FML

As a girl, I can say this involves either one of two things: 1) she really likes you but actually doesn't know if she's ready for a relationship so she's confused or 2) her parents could be discouraging her from being in a relationship for their own reasons (whether or not it involves you is beyond me). If she is being indecisive on what she wants move on. There is only so much time and effort you can give to invest in someone. Try asking her out and if she is unsure move on.

It means she likes the attention, but wishes it would come from someone else than you. Which is in no way your fault, mind you, but in your own interest I say break it off. She needs to figure out some stuff, but I doubt you want to be the testing area for whatever her issues currently are.
