Today, some guy bought my girlfriend a $1200 gift. She's perfectly fine with this, and sees no problem with forcing me to be there when he gives her the gift. FML

If some guy is giving your girlfriend really expensive gifts, I would think you'd want to be there to prevent anything hinky...

Make sure she gets a gift receipt and then just take it back and buy something else.. or lots of other stuff.. $1200 would be lots of other stuff.

I would think you would want to be there? He might be trying to get in her pants. Also maybe she wants you there because she wants you to know that she could have someone who spoils her so you need to step it up!!!
