Today, my wife said she wants to separate and doesn't know if our marriage is healthy for her. Three weeks ago I had foot surgery, and the day before that my brother killed himself. We've only been married for 2 months. FML

My condolences to you OP. That sucks. Marriage is for the long haul (at least in my mind) and requires commitment, understanding and compromise. Are you and your wife willing to try counselling?

as ladycate says. i dont care if its in front of god, the state or whatever you both swore an oath.why does someones word mean so little these days?
