Today, my parents decided to take off on a surprise one week vacation, leaving me home to take care of the two puppies they they are fostering. I have a fear of dogs and they know that. FML

Wow! Way to be useless FML comments! You all obviously understand what a fear is! OP, if you really can't tolerate taking care of them, see if any of your friends can help you out. Even if you can handle the basic things like food and water by putting them down in one room and then letting them in, the pups need a few hours of human interaction a day. Since you probably aren't comfortable giving them that, getting a friend who likes dogs to come over is the best course of action here. Not having human interaction could cause a lot of issues, so I hope someone is willing to help you out with them.

Fear of dogs is slightly different to puppies. All they can do is lick you.

They're more scared of you than you are of them plus as longs as u treat them nice and feed them u have their loyalty
