I don't think a teacher would let that happen. Every other student was allowed to reject you as a partner? For what reason? It's not like you were the odd student out. Your teacher essentially helped turn you into an outcast, and part of the reason we go to school is to learn how to work with our peers. If asking your teachers, or principal, to change this doesn't work, you should probably move schools, so you can integrate with a new, and hopefully better, group of classmates.
the teacher should not let them request a switch. this happened to me when I was young and it left scars. I am sorry it is happening to you. of you write the teacher aetter or talk to another teacher, your head of year or the head teacher, that should sort it.
