Time to leave that relationship and all forms of it. He's started stealing to fuel his habit, and people have a seriously hard time quitting that once they start- specifically because they don't want to stop their drug habit. It extremely likely that if you stay with him, you, financial stability, and any children will be very distant after thoughts to his urge to pursue his next fix.
