Today, my father forgot a turn on our way to school. We obviously have gone this path many times. Now I’m going to be late by one minute. It’s the first snow this year as well. FML

That sucks esp. when it wasn't even your fault! Now they'll have to fail you for sure! for the entire current academic year and make you take all of your classes over again next year.... /sarcasm (Spelled out in case you also don't know what "/s" means.)

Today, my health insurance refuses to pay for either contraceptives or the small surgery to get my tubes tied, even with a doctor’s note confirming I need it. They are quite happy, however, to pay for any number of abortions, subsequent therapy, and/or complications during childbirth. FML

Today, the city shut off our water, because they said we didn't pay the bill. Turns out, it was sitting on their desk the whole time. I guess sending someone out to turn off our water was easier than checking to see if we'd actually paid the bill. FML
