Today, my cross-country flight was delayed for an hour. When I finally boarded, I found out that my seat-back TV is the only one on the plane that doesn't work. On top of that, the whole plane smells like seafood. Six hours to go! FML

Maybe you could've asked to change seats? Most of the time flight attendants will allow this. Plus you could just find someone who plans on sleeping the whole flight...or do just that.

That's what customer service/PR is for. File a complaint, see what they do. If you don't get a response, go to social media and say as much.
