YDI - If your only reason for not sleeping with him is not wanting him to see your stomach, YOU'RE the one being shallow. He's already with you; if you seriously think he'll leave you after seeing your stomach, the relationships obviously worthless to begin with. This is the equivalent of being hired onto a job, and your boss refusing to give you your paycheck because he's concerned that you'll quit if you see how little you're getting paid. News flash! He'll only work for so long without pay, and an unsatisfactory or nonexistent sex life is a perfectly valid reason to end a relationship.
