Today me and my now ex-gf of 3 years who's been treating me like shit for the past year finally broke up and has left me empty. I've just graduated and depressed. Later my parents told me how successful my friend is and after confronting that I overheard them saying how big of a failure I am. FML
I agree, your life sucks 84

hey OP. You are not a failure. You've just done a degree! that's amazing! a lot of people find university very very hard and a lot of people do struggle with mental health issues during university and that's ok. The important thing is even if you don't feel like it, to get support. Maybe talk to your GP and see what they can recommend? I do talking therapies and it's really helpful even though I'm not severely depressed but I am struggling at the moment with feeling a bit down which is unusual for me. It is really useful. Your parents really shouldn't have said that and I'm really sorry about your girlfriend but it sounds like she wasn't good enough for you or treating you fairly. I know it seems dark right now but you've managed to get through every other dark time in your life and you will get through this one. You will find someobe else in time and things will get better. It is just a.trying time right now, graduating is really hard because you can feel lost and not sure what to do and like all your friends are doing great. but you aren't alone. That is very natural and you aren't a failure. At all. Be kind to yourself OP and it is brilliant that you are recognising when you feel down. It will be ok
