Content almost refused by staff

Today, I went to renew my passport. When the security guard told me to take my jacket off, I remember that I wore a sleeveless shirt. I'm a Muslim girl. FML

I’m sure Allah will forgive you. As time passes and religions evolve and grow around modern cultures things that seem like a big deal tend to be no longer relevant. We have gay Muslims, transgender Muslims and even Muslims with dogs as pets so I’m sure you will be fine. Be proud of your faith but not constrained by it.
