hey I've done tae kwon do for 9 years - you don't need a cup if your sparring in classes (which the opp pointed out that they were) you wear one in tournaments. or if you are sparring full contact. (which you don't do all the time) but like, I've done it for so long and I can't see how you could ever tell if they were hard? :S I mean in sparring you hardly ever get close enough to accdientally feel it.. even then how would you know it was the whole time you were sparring so you'd have to have been able to see it, but you wear pretty darn baggy pants, it would be near impossible to see.. I call fake?
