That's actually kind of impressive..
You should sue them for negligence! They should have had a sign reading, "Caution: There is a Caution: Slippery when wet sign that is a tripping hazard."
And a sign for that, and a sign for that. And so forth!

When I worked in security, housekeeping was stripping and re polishing half a section of hallway. When finished, they put up 10 1x3 foot caution signs linked with caution tape so you had to walk around the area. I watched as someone lifted the tape and walked under it. They of course slipped and fell. They tried to blame the housekeeper.
How...?? Those signs are pretty bright and easily spotted. Unless you were in a bright yellow hallway
