Today I ride my new trekking bike to work and get mud splattered all over the white pants I had in the basket. When I ask the salesman why the manufacturer didnt install a longer mudguard to prevent this, he replies: It just looks nicer this way. FML

A) Why weren't the pants covered? B) If you have a habit of riding through mud, why didn't you request a longer mudguard when purchasing your bicycle? C) What fool rides through mud knowing it could get splashed all over their un-packaged white pants? D) Have you ever heard of Murphy's Law? E) Seriously, why did you ride through mud even though your white pants were exposed to the elements while nestled in the basket?

Are you wanting to blame someone for 1. not choosing a bike with good elements 2. using it with white clothes even if It is for trekking 3. surely going over the mud
