It's not your fault. You can spend countless hours thinking about everything you could have done to stop your friend, but that won't change anything. All you can do is focus on the future, and try to be there now for as many of your friends as you can.

A similar thing has happened to me, OP. Please don't blame yourself, it's not your fault. I know it's hard not to. I offer my sincerest condolences.
It's not your fault op. They must been extremely sad and unhappy for a long time decide to take their own life. Not your fault. So sorry for your loss.
