I... Feel really bad for you OP. And presumably your brother/father. You aren't required to adapt to that change in relationship, if you don't want to. Good luck.

So basically the people you thought where your parents are basically your grandparents and your brother slash father was young so your grandparents decided to raise you as the child so your brother slash dad could have a life and experience it!
