We don't know details like WHERE you worked, but if you work where your face is seen and you're supposed to be providing customer service, not smiling at customers means the overall rating of a business gets lowered. That's why advertisements like to say "number one in customer satisfaction" and all that. Even if you're tired on particular days, try to at least apologetic for being out of it.
At will employment Sucks. Join a Union, won't ever happen again.
Sounds like something that would happen to me...
I have the same problem and fear for my job everyday.
And what exactly was this job? If you were a hostess at a restaurant, that might make sense.
Grumpy people need too work too. This is mood discrimination!!! :P
Clearly you weren't wearing enough flare
Smile more!
Try Sneezy next time.
