Today I found out that the manager of my job is going to bully one of the workers to the point of wanting to quit so she doesn’t have to fire them for personal reasons even after saying that they are amazing at their job. That person is me FML

Now that you know the plan I would attempt to have fun with it. Slowly break your own employer as their bullying measures fail. Give them little compliments at the end of the day about how informative and helpful their critiques have been to you to puzzle them on why their bullying has failed. Then when they finally give up and straight up fire you just say "oh wow and to think I was planning to quit tomorrow!"

Reocrd every phone call, email and conversation you have with your boss. You seem to have a good legal case for a hostile work environment.
