Wow, that's ridiculous. That's what's wrong with the world today, especially this country. Not enough experience to be a dishwasher? WTF that doesn't even make sense. I'd take them to court over that.

I have a college degree, but only 8 months experience in my field. For the past 3 years I have been repeatedly denied jobs in my field due to "lack of experience". And repeatedly denied minimum wage jobs due to being "over qualified". FML.
