Content almost refused by staff

Today, as a Vietnamese receptionist, I spoke to an important female client for over 20 minutes on the phone. In Vietnamese, you have to address people by 'aunty' or 'uncle' out of respect. She ended the phone call with "by the way, I'm a man". FML.
