Today, after working for over ten years at a dead-end factory line, I told my friends I was going to take some business courses and land myself a real job. All they've done since is laugh, mock me, and say that if Clinton couldn't fix the economy, I have no chance. FML

Don't listen to them, take the courses and get things the way YOU want them, don't listen to others. It's like they say, "You can do whatever you put your mind to." People said I'd never join the military, and I finally enlisted. Rock those courses. Good luck in your future endeavors OP.

*is BTW with Clinton, the US had the lowest deficit in our nations history and the economy was great. When Bush came along, he pretty much wasted money with the Iraq war and the war on afghanistan. So in all that's fair, Clinton was ONE OF OUR BEST PRESIDENTS of our nation, along with Washington, Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Truman, JFK, and Reagan, and you are an idiot. End of story...

If that's the best they have, you shouldn't fret over their dumb comments. Take the classes and when they interview to work for you in 5 years feel free to tell them they are under qualified and should get some education. Gl with your classes. It will pay off huge.
