Time to break some dishes!
Time to get the ole resume sent out
Maybe put in 125%?
That's really ****** up.
start applying for management positions at rival companies. when one of them offers you a job, go to your current boss and ask if he can top their offer. if he can't, move up with the other company. don't let him slow you down.
Am I the only one who vaguely remembers this getting posted last year?
That's when you tell him that you were only working that hard so that he could see that you can handle more responsibility. If he still worst confided promoting you than quit. You would be better off somewhere else.
Time to polish up your resumé and move on someplace that will work with you.
In other words, your boss knows you would fast track to his position and he is afraid you would surpass him
he could at least give you a raise.
