I hope the nurse was being ironic, as DMI is obviously not an appropriate unit for a bodybuilder body. I guess the correct one would be body/fat ratio.

BMI is a gross oversimplification of healthy weight. I’ve even had doctors call it dumb, sometimes in harsher words.
She can only give you advice as to normal person. If you are special in that sense, you should go to specialized person, that know how to test power lifters
