Today, my mother followed me to work to see what I got up to. I'm a fitness instructor in a ground floor gym that has big windows overlooking the street. She stood outside and waved at me for half an hour, while I tried to concentrate on teaching a visibly amused class. FML

See, now that's scary, No. 46. Your goal in childrearing is to do the awful things that were done to you to your kids. Parenting is not about taking one's "turn" at humiliating offspring.

This sounds like something my mom would do. I took her for granted all through my childhood, but now that I am 18 and in university, I miss her. :( You have an awesome mother. Appreciate that!
