What, kids aren't allowed to display emotions? He didn't throw a tantrum, he didn't become violent, and he tried to be polite. Teaching kids that they aren't allowed to be disappointed at a less than ideal outcome and that they are even less allowed to display that emotion is not a healthy thing to do to them.
