Jesus Christ, that guy is an utter, colossal ******* wanker. You really need to have a long hard think about whether you want to stay with him. He's probably not going to take no for an answer either, he's just going to cheat. Even if I stayed with him (because of zero other choice) I wouldn't have sex with him again unless he's produced a completely clean STD panel and I wouldn't trust it unless I went with him and watched for myself... You are worth sooooo much more than this rancid ****.

Not all STDs show up on a panel right away. I think HIV, for one, has like a 45-day window after infection before it comes up positive. I'm not sure if you can get infected in that window, but I wouldn't chance it if you can't trust him, and I'd also make him continue to test after a few months.
