Today, I had gum surgery. I can't laugh. I can't smile. I can't talk. I can't eat. All I can do is wait for the pain medication to kick in. FML

Bud work faster, better, and safer then any pain killer in a pill. Worse comes to worse you just fall asleep.

Bud? As in the beer? She would have to drink 20 or so just to be buzzed enough not to care about the pain. Then she'd encounter the uncomfortable bloating. However, since peeing is not one of the activities she can't do, she would be all set to spend the rest of the evening on the toilet, in too much pain, yet not drunk enough to ignore the pain.

Nope the other bud. Research from collages not government proves the us helps almost everything with out hurting your body. When proper used.

OP, go take a nap. By the time you wake up, the medication will have set in. Trust me, that is the only way to go in a situation like that. Keeping yourself awake is just plain old masochism.

I feel your pain, just had gum surgery involving a bone graft a few weeks ago. Hang in there, the pain should stop within five to six days
