If he gave you a ticket you can get his name to report that. Also, many officers these days wear cameras for record keeping purposes there may be a recording. Good luck whatever you decide to do, OP!
All he's saying is that you don't get a free pass. No one should get one in the first place.
The issue isn't that he didn't giver her a free pass. The issue is that he accused her of dressing in a certain way, and arranging that clothing in a way to make her sexual. In reality, he was sexualizing her and made a comment that borders on lewd, when OP just wanted to go to the beach. THAT is the issue- he, as a person in a position of authority, made a sexual comment about someone who was in a position where defending them self could have caused issues. Basically, the guy is an asshole.
I wouldnt mind seeing what you had on)
