I think telling him about the cheating is the right thing to do regardless. However, bear in mind that it could be his baby if she was sleeping with the both of them over the same period.

Today, I'm once again stuck on the side of the road. I was borrowing my housemate's old car and it broke down. This comes only days after my own broke down (and will take 3 weeks to repair).
