Just ask her to buy you new parts or at least pay you back for the parts and shipping. If you payed for them it could potentially be considered theft or reckless destruction of property, I'm not entirely sure though.

Nobody will sue their mother over something like this. You might win the parts, but you've permanently wrecked your family ties.
