Sounds kind of fun to me. If you know a lot of people don't like the song, why not set up a stand selling earplugs and send those profits to Haiti as well?

My school did this for donations too, except they played barbie world. But they realized it didn't work so they just kept playing some "please pass the milk please" tune.
