Your girlfriend is obviously shy, she adds the 'lol' because she is worried that you may laugh at her genuine attempts to excite you. Just ignore the lol, and eventually your girl will grow confident enough not to add it. Be happy, sometimes girls who are very nervous about sex, are very good at it :)
