Today, we had an office party. I got extremely drunk and invited my younger coworker into the bathroom to make out repeatedly. Not only did he reject me multiple times, but he also looked super traumatised and hasn’t said a word to me since. FML

So you got drunk and sexually harassed a younger coworker? F *his* life. If there's any fallout with HR over this, you need to recognise that you have it coming for your behaviour. Apologize to the guy next time you see him.

can you blame him? he could've caught charges for making out with a drunk girl

double standard, she'll be fine.

Imagine if the genders of the people in this story were switched. The OP would get the universal condemnation.

Never mix pleasure with work. Trust me on this one.

Are you Meredith Palmer from The Office?

There are a few places where it is OKish to get drunk. An office party is most certainly not one of them.

Just imagine if roles were reversed. YDI. You’d better pray he doesn’t report you. Show some self control next time mmm k?

You should've stopped the first time he rejected you. The fact that he looked traumatised and hasn't said a word to you tells me that you ignored his rejections and continued to make further advances on him. No means no. Deal with it. You're lucky dude doesn't sue your ass or report you to HR, he'd be totally within his right to.

It amazes me how many people think getting drunk at an office party or with co-workers is a good idea. Two drink limit, nurse one for an hour MINIMUM before getting a second. smh

That’s harassment. You’re lucky he isn’t taking actions against you. It’s so sad to think that if it had been a man doing that to a younger woman police would be involved. And I’m saying it as a woman. You’re a shame to our gender
