I think I'd rather everyone think I was sad or mad than think I look tired or drugged out. I have very thin pale skin under my eyes which causes purple circles under them constantly. I get "You look tired!" at least once a day.

same here to me too, i often get asked "what's wrong" because supposedly i always looked pissed off or sad yet when people actually get to know me i am a very friendly person.

I'm the same way. If I'm not thinking about how my expression looks, I look like I'm on the verge of tears. Even my closest friends, who know this about me, will sometimes ask if I'm ok. You just get used to it.
