What a bitch man. That's one of the sweetest things you could do I think.
When you're really tired and you've had a shitty day, sometimes you just want to be left alone regardless of who you have around you. OP, it was sweet of you to try to make your fiancé feel better, but what I mentioned earlier, well she probably wanted to be alone. And for OPs fiancé, I think it wasn't right for her to tell him off like that. Sure she was in a bad mood, but that doesn't justify her talking to him like he's a piece of shit. She couldve said the same thing but in a different way, at least shown gratitude for his attempt to make her content. Respect is really important in a relationship.
