Today, I went old school and submitted a personal ad in the local lonely hearts paper. I didn't receive any responses and felt I had nothing to offer. Later, I found that there were responses, and my asshat brother intercepted and responded to them, getting a lady penpal who thought he was me. FML

That's a criminal offense... If you wanted to be an asshat back you could go to the police and have him charged for mail theft which carries a penalty of a fine or up to 5 years in jail.

The woman helping me told me she'd take it out in a moment and left. It was then that the Red Cross stole a pint of my blood while I had a panic attack. FML

Today, my parents promised to drive me to my grandma's house instead of me taking the bus.I was so excited that I could finally have a week away from my suffocating parents but my dad cancelled tonight, so I'm stuck and secretly crying because if they'd have let me take the bus, I'd be at my grandma's, AWAY FROM THEM.
