i can wish u luck only ..lol
I can only wish you luck too, you'll need it with your spelling.
This makes you sound like a dick...do you need us to tell you the definition of a tutor?
You should buy him two small cakes and cut one of them into four pieces and the other into three. Haha then ask him which one he wants. That's what I do with the kids I tutor and it always works
Yup, was gonna say the problem is finding 'simple words' to explain it. You need to explain the concept visually.
Excellent way to explain it.
I was taught with a chocolate bar :p
Wait 'til OP gets to Which is bigger 2/4 or 1/2?
Just tell them the smaller the number the bigger and get some blocks or something.
You sound like a shit tutor. Just because they are not good at math, does not make them stupid. F their life, and here's hoping they get a different and better tutor soon! :D
The smiling smiley at the end of your .... very nice comment made me laugh! :)
this is why they need a tutor... dang youre harsh
You're a horrible tutor. You're supposed to SHOW them why 1/4 is smaller than 1/3, not use words to explain it... They asked for help so you would HELP, not call them names...

Well, there's a reason why you're tutoring them.
Those little pie pieces always helped me. Try using real pie or pizza.
