YDI for not making a better connection with your boss AND for not telling your boss you'd put him down as a referrence.
totally agree with that one. how can you forget people you personally hire....unless that boss didn't hire you...
how do you work there without them knowing your namee
in soviet Russia, soulja boy cranks you!!
i believe that. my employer didn't know who i was until i became one of his best. When I went away on a mission trip during my first few months of working there, my boss ended up asking my friend if I still worked there. And he's the owner/manager. Some people are stupid. But yeah, that sucks OP. I'm sure you'll get a job eventually. If you think it will help, just dont even list the place as a reference. Some people are willing to take in "fresh talent" even if they dont have experience. They did for me :)
^this! i didn't realize you said this already.
your bass is a dumb shit
indeed 64, his bass is a dumb ass, yes his bass is definitely a dumb dumb bass

You kind of deserve it.... I'm pretty sure you're supposed to ask someone if they will give you a reference before you put them down for one, so that way they have some notice and aren't surprised when a potential employer calls them.
Start a new life and call yourself "Pete 'O Grande." Get it Spanish-speaking people? Har har har.
