"Randy" means horny just as much in America as in England. Which is not that much in 2012. The connotation is strong enough, though, that if I were you I would go by "Randall" wherever I was.

Nothing to worry about. People don'tvreally use the term randy reference horniness much. In fact many of my friends named Andy, all coincidentally nicknamed Randy, just to be funny.
