Yeah the minimum wage is higher than your salary which is illegal in every case...

Unless you're a waitress, minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. You might want to look for another job.

You make either below min wage which is $7.25 or waiter/waitressing wage which in that case is actually really good considering its $2.33 per hour and you'd get tips on top of that.
