I know this is hard to believe because the movie industry has brainwashed everyone, but women don't like dating assholes. Most women who are/were in relationships with shitty boyfriends only agreed to date them in the first place because they were really sweet and charming in the beginning. It's easy to say someone deserves it for not dating a nice guy, but how's a woman supposed to know the difference between a man who is genuinely nice and one who's just trying to get in her pants?
