Had??
Sure hope the test went well...but why share that with the class?
I'd report him to the AP testing people.
That is 100% inappropriate for school period. And why the **** is he talking during an exam? He's probably the reason people have failed their classes...
As a test proctor, I talk to testers a lot to calm them down (obviously not about sex), but the timer doesn't start until I hand them their test and they start it. I only say 'you deserve it' because you should have asked if the timer was running instead of listening to the proctor. If your test proctor did use up your time, you should have contacted your teacher and let them know the situation. The problem with situations like this, is the student says nothing until a few days later which makes everything harder to verify. Let staff and faculty know right away next time!
You can report that as an "irregularity" to the AP people, which can get you a re-take.
Entirely inappropriate discussion. He has no business around high school kids.
