once wont stop your progress, call it a cheat day.dont feel guilty abiut it, just keep it from being a daily habit. id say no more then one cheat day a week at most.
No harm in getting a burger and fries once a month, make sure to cut some calories at the other means that day or get an extra hour of exercise in and you are fine. Im working on my way to and i do allowe me a snack or a pantertanter or something every now and then, asking as it dont become a daily think and mess up my healthy routine its no problem.
