Today, it's my sixth month of working out 5 days a week, watching what I eat while my family eats like kings, and only losing 2lbs. It's also the day husband said he misses my 20 year-old body and no longer finds me attractive, but that's okay because he "loves me anyways and it's good to know where we stand." FML

Today, I found that if I want my husband to take me out, all I have to do is say that I’m trying to lose weight. Anytime I bring up dieting or weight loss, suddenly he wants to take me to every restaurant in town and splurge on sweets. Part of me wants to lose weight but I also enjoy the snacks. FML

Well, tell him he’s going to have a healthy wife, or he’s going to be out on the front lawn with half his stuff. Get healthy, congratulations on the time you had, and on being willing to get things going on the right track again. Get responsible/professional help and don’t listen to that bastard who wants to see you suffering for short term gains.
