Today, my fancy rubber phone case did its job and saved my phone from damage when I dropped it on the bathroom counter. Unfortunately, it was rather useless after the massive bounce it took before landing in the toilet. FML

After assuring my nosy, judgemental aunt and cousin that I wasn't worried about it because I have dropped it myself numerous times over the last two years, and I trusted the OtterBox phone case it was in, my son dropped and broke it. FML

Today, I was finishing up at the gym and packed my bag to come home. I set my phone on top of it for a second as I knelt down to tie my shoes. Less than a minute later, I grabbed my bag to walk out, forgetting that it was on top. It tumbled to the ground and smashed. Guess I need a new phone. FML

you're not the only one to ever drop a phone on your kid's head lol. I have a foldable ring on my phone, works better than a pop socket imo. you want flat ceramic or it interferes with wireless charging

People drop things on their kids all the time. My mom spilled soda on my head when I was a baby and still says she feels terrible me about it, but I don’t even remember it because… I was a baby. Lol
