So, are you saying that the course makes you feel that Asians and Pacific Islanders are underrepresented in the American conversation to the point of being virtually invisible? That's the theme of the course! PS, you do need to work on your mini-essays.

It might still be leading up to that but the professor wanted to make sure everyone would be able to do the assignments? I'm not sure when this class started.

Multiple college professors on social media complain repeatedly that students come to them not knowing how to write coherently. They might just be trying to give the class some sort of level playing field.
